1. How much does a MP Virtual Event costs (VE)?
We provide custom solution to all our clients, so a general pricing is difficult to estimate. However we will send you an individual offer based on your needs and requirements.
2. How long does it take to organise a VE?
We advise you to prepare six to eight weeks of planning time to make sure that you will get the best result. But depending on your project, a minimum of two weeks planning time could be enough to have a high-quality virtual event.
3. Do I need to install an app?
We are aiming to make the use of the platform as easy as possible for everyone. This is why our platform is browser-based and you don’t need to go through any kind of installation processes.
4. Which browser do I need to use?
All popular browsers work with our platform, as long as it is up-to-date!
5. How can I interact and participate in a VE?
You can use our chat platform to communicate in a shared chat or privately, express your feelings with our “emotion” buttons, participate in polls and even ask the people on the stage questions.
6. Is it possible to have other spaces than the main stage / venue?
Sure! You can use other “rooms” for networking, interviews, workshops and more.
7. Can I share documents during a VE?
Yes! You can upload documents (such as your presentation for example) and the attendees will be able to download them during or even after the event from their profiles.
8. Do I need special equipment to join a VE?
Not more than you already have! Smartphone or a laptop with integrated camera and microphone, an up-to-date browser and stable internet connection.
9. What can I use the MP Virtual Event platform for?
Almost anything! From corporate conferences and panels to workshops, trainings and even parties and concerts!
10. Can I make public events?
Yes, when you stream online on Facebook and YouTube it is without the need of registration. If you want it to be interactive, though, you need to have an account at the platform. Our team will help you with that.

14. Can I organize an event from everywhere?
Yes, you can! If you want to make an entirely virtual event, it can be fully organized without the need to travel. If consultancy is needed, our team can send advisors.
